Horrible company, rent from literally anywhere else in Dubai if you can. I've used them 4-5 times now and it's always the same story. Their app is glitchy (so they ask you for your documents through multiple channels), they don't respect drop-off or pick-up times, they don't use the information in the application so will call you 3-4 times to ask for the same data, there is no communication between the departments so there is 1000 different numbers and no consistency, and they have hidden fees.

Quality went down hill as their partners do not keep the cars up to standards. Rented a car that once delivered I raised my concerns via the app (extremely filthy and with maintenance light on) and their solution was to pickup the car to get it clean, serviced and then returned to me... Surely would be easier and more customer centric if you just got the car replaced?? Anyway, I sorted it out and cancelled the rental!

#1: Stupid application FORCES you to give feedback even if you don't want to. If you have a booking you have no option except to give feedback, its so annoying and unprofessional. Pick up the car = have to give feedback otherwise the app wont work. Return the car = have to give feedback... #2: The company is calling me at 8:30am on the weekend.. when my return is in the afternoon. What are you doing?? Where is the professionalism? Disturbing sleep? #3: Doesn't work well on fold phones.
